Purchased in the winter of 2004 by a Los Angeles-based businessman, it is currently in the conversion phase. Construction processes include code upgrades and de-militarization. Uniphi Foundation, a subsidiary of Our Kids Future Foundation (a not-for-profit California corporation), is lined up for occupancy when occupancy status becomes available.

Here, in this unique setting at the former Cambria Air Force Base, we shall operate the Uniphi Learning Center, a computer-technology training institute for under-privileged persons.
